Introduction to the PRTB - Video Series
The PRTB – Private Residencies and Tenants Board, required a series of videos to inform its users how the various processes worked to increase engagement, and decrease for-information phone calls.
The series of videos resulted in a jump in comprehension and engagement for users of the boards services, as well as the aimed-for decrease in inbound for-information enquiries.
