Health & Safety Authority - instructional videos
One Productions was approached by the Health & Safety Authority to create web-based instructional videos to demonstrate safe manual handling. These had to address issues of ergonomics, physical positioning, good work practices and environments.
The HSA videos featured animated sequences using computer-generated models that looked like crash-test dummies, neutral of gender and race. One Productions also supplied the HSA with a series of 10 case studies, each fully navigable, demonstrating before-and-after scenarios. These illustrate common errors and an explanation of how they can be avoided or corrected by posture, motion or a reorganisation of the working environment.
The health & safety instructional videos play a vital role in accident prevention.
